Why bother with Spill Response training?

If you come into contact with hazardous substances, you should know and be prepared in the event of an emergency. Training must cover procedures to respond to chemical spills, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and the correct use of equipment for spill containment and clean-up.

The training should be tailored to each employee’s specific needs and provided at regular intervals to ensure that they are up to date with the latest procedures and equipment.
